GENERAL INFORMATION
This is a fic bingo, the way this works is all writers who are participating will receive a randomly generated bingo sheet in their style of choice, each square having a different prompt. The goal is to write a fic per prompt to mark off a square and try hit bingo within the time period given!
There will be different sizes and the option to choose themes depending on what you feel most comfortable writing.Anyone can participate in this! There are many ways to participate including: submitting prompts, signing up to write, help boost and hype up announcements and twitter posts, and ensuring you support all writers involved by hyping up their fics!Two admins, 🦊 (he/them) who is main admin and 🐼(she/her), will be running this fic bingo. Our goal is to ensure all communication is constant and transparent.The communication methods we will be using is:★ Emails for all information, announcements and updates for writers, this will include check ins. You can also ask us any questions or concerns.★ DMs on twitter can be used for all queries - this is a preferred method as we will check DMs frequently★ CC can be used as well for those uncomfortable with DMs or general questions however participant writers please DM us as we may not be able to help without knowing who it is

FIC BINGO GUIDE
The bingo cards will come in three different card size options, depending on how many fics you want to write: 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5.There will also be 3 different themes for your bingo sheets and all prompts will center around these themes: horror, fantasy and general tropes. You may also choose to get a mix of all three.When selecting a bingo card via the sign up form you may choose your bingo card theme and size.

HOW TO WINThe rules on how to win depend on the size of your card. If you have a 5x5 card, you have these options to win

However, if you have a 4x4 or a 3x3 card, only the diagonal, vertical, and horizontal wins count. You may complete as many wins or as many extra squares after a win as you like and if you finish on time and want to participate more, we can also distribute another bingo sheet.

Rules

This is for weus only, side characters from other groups may be used but please ensure this is OT10 only. This includes no Ravn centric fics please as he is no longer a member of Oneus.No plagiarism of any kind. All fics that are posted must be your own original work, you may not translate or source from another site even with permission.All fics must be appropriately tagged, ensure you include all content and trigger warning the minimum length of each fic must be 1000 wordAll fics must be posted to AO3, make sure you have an account to participate!One separate fic per bingo square to mark it off. You cannot combine two prompts into one to check them both off at onceAll fics must be exclusive to this bingo, therefore no already part of existing series or part of an already multi-chaptered work. However any WIPs you have that fit a bingo square can be used, as long as it is its own work.No hateful, rude, or derogatory comments are allowed. We strive to ensure the community between fic writers is welcoming and supportive so this behaviour will not be tolerated.The ability to communicate with all writers is important and essential. We will announce on twitter whenever a mass email has been sent to all participants, if you are not receiving emails please inform us immediately. Please also make sure you are checking your emails!We will do check-ins periodically via email to ensure you're on track. We ask for at least 500 words to be completed in the first check-in and finished at least one fic for the second. More information will be given to participants later on.There is of course room for NSFW content and we will allow NSFW prompts however if you are under the age of 18 you must specify on the form in the ratings section as we will not distribute any E-rated prompts to minors.If you post a multi chaptered fic you only need to post chapter 1 within the time frame. Is it possible to participate if I don't have a Twitter?
Absolutely yes, you can be on any platform as long as you post your fics to ao3. This carrd will be constantly updated with relevant sign on links etc so you can always refer to this carrd if need be otherwise once you sign up all important information will be sent via email!

Make sure to leave kudos and comments even something small as support for the participants, especially those who submitted prompts. Engagement is the best way to show support! Writers are providing amazing works free of charge so lets show as much appreciation as we can.

clarification for dates: sign up will commence when we are still accepting prompts which is why the dates overlap. The bingos will also start to be sent just before all applications close, this is to ensure admins are able to send out bingos on time due to personal scheduling issues so please understand. Those who received bingos last will get a few extra days to complete their fics if needed so everyone has the same amount of time. You may begin writing as soon as you receive your bingo sheets.the deadlines are unofficial you may continue your bingos after the deadline but please try keep within the timeframe!

prompting
All prompts must be around 1-5 words long, it should only be a general prompt to fit in a bingo square.You may submit 18+ promps, including specific kinks under each category. e.g. 'kink' + category prompt (kink + fae for fantasy bingo, etc) or just the kink etc.Specific dead dove topics such as rape, incest and pedophilia is not allowed. Please avoid these topics and if they are prompted your form will be deleted. Please understand not everyone is comfortable receiving thesePrompts can include specific members or pairings (e.g. seodo period piece, yonghoon magic, or any crossovers) or be vague such as rarepair or '80s' for period themed bingos.Because this is a bingo there is a chance your prompt will not be chosen to be written

claims process
Unlike most fic fests, you will not be the one to claim the bingo but will receive a randomly generated bingo card at random via emailBingos are automatically generated therefore everyone is getting a random, different set of prompts.There may be crossover with prompts depending how many we get, it takes six just for a 3x3 bingo! So multiple people may recieve the same promptIf you are unhappy with your bingo you may contact us via DMs or email and we can generate another one for you.If you have chosen horror/fantasy bingo card, your fics must all include horror elements even if the prompt doesn't suggest it. Same with past must be related to the 'past', etc.
